Season to taste with salt and pepper. Boil or pressure cook chicken. Cook spaghetti in broth. Melt butter and saute green pepper, onions, and garlic. Cook and add tomatoes and mushrooms. Simmer until done. Remove chicken from bones. Add to tomato mixture and combine with spaghetti. Top with bake cheese and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
